If you are an ios developer and you plan on buying a new piece of equipment to build ios mobile applications, I do not recommend using a Mac Mini. They simply do not have enough storage for the process. You can count on getting the circle of death every time you open XCode and that’s just when you’ve built the UI. You won’t even be able to get to the most important aspect of the app which is the back end logic. XCode itself and the Mac itself take up the most space on the hard drive leaving you with about 30 gigs of data to use. That is not enough. In short, the Mac Mini is a great product, but use something with more memory if you want to build ios applications. – TGKP
