
Build Strong Feet For Better Roller Skating Control
Walking on a treadmill at a high incline will work the muscles in your feet in a way that you would not get from walking on an even grade. Carrying additional weight, like a weight vest, can put some additional pressure on your feet as well, intensifying the workout. This type of workout should be included at least twice in your weekly schedule. Spend about thirty minutes, just walking on an incline, to exercise the muscles in those feet.
