Living In The Loop
Chicago is a big city that comes with lots of benefits. Living in the loop is probably the best decision that you can make as a Chicago resident. The environment, the options and the quality of people in the area are all better.
Lonely People With Animals
The city is a concrete world. It’s not an environment that’s made for animals, it’s made for us. We need and want concrete to walk on and drive on. Every third person in the city is walking around with a dog. They urinate and relieve themselves right there on the sidewalk where we commute by foot. Some of the mist beautiful restaurants are in the area. Many of them have outdoor patios where you can enjoy the food and the weather. However, while you dine, just feet away a dog stops by and takes a squat. It’s absolutely disgusting.
Plenty Of Traffic
Vehicles are always moving in the area and people are always walking. If you are a social individual and you like interacting with a lot of people then this is your area. There’s an odd thing that happens in this area, people do not look before they step into traffic. Most of the time people don’t even look up from their phones while they are
Expensive Living
There are many luxury apartment buildings in the area and the prices duly reflect their value. With a simple housing search, you can find a single bedroom apartment that costs $2,500. That’s insane. It’s insane to me but some people love it. Here I am complaining about the price of a luxury apartment but I did the same thing in Los Angeles. I rented a nice little single bedroom apartment in the heart of the city and it cost me more than two thousand dollars. At the time, I liked it. Now, I have grown out of that mindset and now I prefer a house every time.
This is going to sound like a completely conflicting statement to the previous paragraph. Here it goes, rent the expensive apartment. If an ounce of your being desires to live in that overpriced studio apartment then go do it. Make mistakes. Find out what you dislike about paying $1,500 for 500 square feet of living space. That’s not all though, when you live the experience yourself you get to decide what you like about it too.
