Skate Chicago is a free street skate event for inline skaters and quad skaters that happens in August. The event will be held in downtown from the 14th to the 17th. This is a free event, however, Skate Chicago requires participants to sign the waiver and register ahead of time.

The weather has finally improved and it looks like the skies will be welcoming to the outside event. If you are visiting from out of town, dress for the sun but remember to carry some gear for the rain and cold. Chicago’s weather has been extremely unpredictable this year.
