A Shooting On 63rd This Evening

There was a short lived incident that shook up the neighborhood this evening. Someone fired off several shots into a small crowd of people in a parking lot. No one was hurt or killed. For some of us this is common place and for others this is something new and very scary. Immediately after, conversations began. The same conversations that need to be held on a regular basis. What is next? What comes after the conversation? A solution comes next.

Offer A Solution And Be A Part Of It

After all of the talking and deliberating, solutions are necessary. The mistake that we constantly make is pursuing those solutions with inadequate means. A few people can’t do it alone. Only a few people are reached and less than a handful of problems are solved. Then there we are, right back where we started, with the same question. Now what??

How To Burn A Lot Of Calories Quickly

There is no easy way to do this. It requires a lot of work and a lot of time.

  1. First, put in some layers. Don’t let the layers fool you though. I think the focus should be on movement that generates body heat. When you are moving, getting your muscles and core temperature raised, you begin to burn calories. I don’t think just sitting in a hot place with a sweat suite on is burning fat. I think that removes the stuff from your body that you need to keep.
  2. Add some extra weight to your body. I walk around wearing a pullover and a weight vest. That added weight forces your muscles to burn more calories.
  3. You have to do this several times per day. I think the most ideal amount of time is two hours. It’s really hard but the results come fast.
  4. The next way to burn a lot of calories is to move heavy weight very fast. Now, you are not “lifting”. This is more closely related to cardio. So, you can sacrifice form. You don’t need full extensions and you don’t need complete flexion. Take squats for example. If you can hold 200 pounds comfortably, then do as many baby squats as you can in one set. This will get your core heated up fast, thus burning fat.

You may be unaware that there are more members to the JBGODS team than just the skaters. There is also a group of professionals that make up the film team. With actors and videographers working in tandem with the mighty Pharaoh, the JBGODS prep for the JBGODS Rose Awards Show.

Axels Are Extremely Difficult To Land

Axels are difficult on both the take-off and the landing. Pharaoh has reverted back to incorporating jump practice into his daily exercise routine. “Jumps are important. My while team needs to jump.” That is Pharaoh’s requirement. He expects every athlete on the JBGODS Skate Team to execute jumps, especially during recreational skate sessions.

Breaking Bad Is Still The Best

Pharaoh has not always been a big fan of Netflix but he has always enjoyed movies. Years after Netflix began airing Breaking Bad, Pharaoh began watching. He had no idea such a good show existed. A friend of his had even recommended the show to him in 2013 or 2014 but he declined. Pharaoh didn’t watch tv. But, now that he has finally learned what he has been missing all along, he tunes in to the video entertainment regularly.

Pharaoh Shops Protective Gear For Freeway Stunt

In preparation for his first public stunt, Pharaoh is looking for all of the necessary protective equipment to keep his body safe in the road. With or without protective gear, this is still a very hazardous and risky ordeal.

Pharaoh Will Meet With The Gods Tonight

The future of JBGODS is elevating. A new level of commitments is under way and the team will be required to match it. Pharaoh is leading the Gods towards crowed gathering events where danger is a constant factor. Some will accept this call to risk and reward. Others may not at all be interested and that’s ok. The Gods are doing more this year and they are starting now.

Our Mission At JBGODS

In my night time studies I realized that I owe my teams the full transparency of my mission. My teams need to know my mission so that it becomes their mission. I am so pleased and fortunate to have an athletic team, an animation team and an acting team. Without all of them, this would be an impossible task. So, I’m writing a mission statement in response to collaboration with experts and progressions who are helping me to build JBGODS. – Pharaoh
