October belongs to the gods. It’s our birthday once again. We’ll commemorate the month of our creation with a tradition of cutting a white cake. The gods represent an even balance of good and evil. Pay attention. There is an ecological balance of good and evil in the earth and the heavens. With which side do you act? That is the question. On which terms do you live, evil or good?

A Sound Bite for Khepri

The Book of Khepri is another musical book that implants the probable existence of near and ancient gods on your mental radar. Think about it, know about it. Play the what-if game with me. What if god is real. What if other gods are real. Could gods go to war. What if gods can be born, live and die. I imagine what that must sound like, a community of gods. Well, we all get to imagine out loud.

Doing Other Skate Styles

Skaters are now doing other skate styles in Chicago. JBSKATING is the capital roller skating style of this planet. It’s so full of techniques and history that I could not devote any of my time to another style. JBSKATING is as serious a discipline as ballet, figure skating and hockey. I take our style seriously. There is too much in JB to be learned and so much time required to master our art.

JBGODS Doing Other Styles

My team has shared their interest in other skate styles. A few of the skaters on my team are much more interested in the old JB Skating style than the new JBSKATING style. Welp, you can’t always get what you want. However, I do make it clear to my team that I do not encourage learning other styles. At least, not yet. As a brand, a company and a team, we have a lot more work to accomplish with the JBSKATING style.
