We have an unofficial address in Los Angeles. As we continue our westward expansion across the US, we are starting our mailing addresses at locations before we move into any office spaces. We now have a mailing address in the fashion district of Los Angeles.

Moving Westward

We are preparing to continue our expansion by moving westward. I’ve always had my eyes on Los Angeles. After much thought and planning, we have decided to move forward with a location in Los Angeles. Soon, JBGODS will have a regional location in Los Angeles. This will serve as the corporate support for our clients, athletes and staff on the west coast.

New Ice Rink Coming To Downtown Topeka

According to KSNT News, work is underway for a new ice skating rink in Evergy Plaza. This 4500 square foot rink will be self cooling and meant to become the core of activity for Evergy Plaza. The rink is planned to be finished between 2025 and 2026. Once the rink is up and running, it will be operational for 3 months out of the year.

Ice rinks bring ice skaters young and to be social and slide around with glee.

Prices For Everything Are Higher

These days, you can spend more money in grocery prices than you can from spending money at a restaurant. You can easily put 8 items in your shopping cart and spend $50. That’s the norm now and that is insane. My terrible advice is to spend that money on cooked food. The difference in pay off almost breaks even. If you want to save a few dollars, of course, the better option is to buy your food and cook it yourself. But, if your time is more valuable, then having someone else spend their time and resources to cook your meal helps you save on your most valuable resource, time.

The economy is taking a huge turn this year. The skating rinks have to be taking a loss with the rise in prices. Another skating rink in Chicago has closed its doors. That was to be expected, you never really saw any improvements happen on the building.

Prices for everything are higher with the tariffs imposed by Trump.

The Catholic Church Has A New Pope

I don’t know anything about the Catholic church but I can tell that it is a big deal for us to be able to see the new pope take over. He is from Chicago which is quite interesting. Surely, he has had some notoriety from various sources as a Cardinal. Hopefully, that’s the way you’re supposed to say it, once again I’m brand new to this. I have a small gripe with people who so loudly support him now. Why didn’t he get the same support before becoming the new pope? I didn’t see his name mentioned before he took on his new role. To me, this is an example of people only supporting you and talking about you when it raises their status or makes them look more important for knowing you.

On a more positive note, it is good to watch his internet presence grow and see his Google knowledge panel develop. That’s an accomplishment that lasts forever.

McDonalds In Louisville

Today, I decided to break fast this morning with a little bit of food from a McDonalds in Louisville. Normally, I don’t really eat there anymore but today I made an exception. I always use the app to order. In most cases, I prefer to avoid communicating directly with the staff at the counter. Here I am, sitting at a McDonalds in Louisville.

The environment is wet from the rain in Louisville today. Clouds fill the atmosphere and block out the sun. The rain began to pour as I drove into the city from the south. I’ve got my laptop connected to the free McDonald’s Wi-Fi. This is another thing that I would not normally do.

A new demon has arisen. JBSKATING has made its way across the country. The District of Columbia (DC) now has a new team call the JBDEMONS. It keeps getting better, day by day with JBSKATE. With more teams popping up across the country, what does this mean for JB?? What does this mean for Chicago?? Could there really be a team in DC?? Surely, their rinks don’t even have sessions the way they should for our skate style.
