
It’s Ok To Take A Day Off
Some days your mind and your body just need a rest. This could be a day where you know that you could do more but you just need to do nothing for a while. It’s ok. That’s called rest and recovery. Be encouraged to get that sleep, that rest and that nutrition. Working as much as you can as often as you can is admirable. Taking a break is mandatory, your body and your mind both need it. – Pharaoh
Know Your Limits
Work hard to achieve your goals. Keep going and never give up. Set short term milestones and plan for rest. You will damage your health when you work without getting adequate sleep and rest. You can very well kill yourself from over exertion. No one wants that to happen at all. Many people brag about how they work endless hours and how they function on only 4 hours of sleep but take heed to this advice. Be careful. If you push your body too far, your brain will turn the lights off and you’ll have a cool meeting with death.
Exercise limitations. Limit your working hours and your output for your own safety. It won’t serve you to get sick trying to get rich. You’ll spend all of your rich years paying for year battered body.
Be Kind To Yourself
You do need to be tough but don’t be tough on yourself, the world is going to do that for you. Be kind to your mind and be kind to your body. You’ll find that you can heal your body just by the way that you treat yourself.
