Deejay will be teaching the first five JBGODS Core Routines © tonight at Glenwood. BC Mondays may be the hottest JBSKATE session in Chicago right now. The GodKing Pharaoh may not be present for this one though. Our new gods will get the chance to put in some work with the Point for the JBGODS Skate Team. Deejay is smart, creative and he has a strong memory. He knows all 42 of the core routines. Feel welcome to learn our stuff too, that’s why we post them, they are for everyone to enjoy. If you don’t have any routines of your own yet, or you want to run some new ones, run ours. We are open with our routines and we like to share.

Stretch those joints!!

You are stronger when you stretch. You get wider range of motion and more strength in that range. Get used to stretching multiple times per day, everyday. Stretching once a week is not enough. You must be consistent. Incorporate stretches into your daily routine. Stretch those joints.

Daily Muscle Stretch Routine

Make stretching a permanent part of your daily routine. There are so many benefits to starting and ending your day with a good stretch. Plan it into your schedule so that you can give yourself adequate time to work on your body.

Stretch Those Ligaments

People forget about the parts that connect the muscle to the rest of the body. It takes much longer to get those ligaments limber after they have gone stiff.

Music for the Movies

Everything is behind schedule, lol. We’ve got two movie score type songs published already. They kinda blend the qualities of JBSKATE music with the dramatic range of cinema. My core skill lies with cinematic music, maybe those skills are even closer to the operatic style. Either way, I can write music for movies. This is what I shall do for the JBSKATE Universe.

JBSKATE Super Heroes and Comics

They will all have their sound. This is an immense amount of work. It’s a mountain to climb but I want to go this journey and I want to go it alone. Hell, I don’t have a choice. It’s not as if I have someone helping me with this work, it’s all me. But this is cool too because I’m learning way more than I could have imagined. Combining the two genres, film score and JBSKATE, is a very difficult mission. These are two disciplines that have their own, clearly divided avenues and I aim to merge them into one. It’s not easy. My first few tracks have be less than impressive to me. However, I won’t stop with those. Our universe needs heroes and those heroes need heroic music.

Pharaoh was in Memphis

Pharaoh was in Memphis again folks. It’s not often that I am in Memphis but when I do visit, I know exactly where I’m going. You’d think that I would go directly for some Memphis style barbecue but that’s not really my style. I’m actually a bigger fan of vegetables than meat. I could go months without even craving meat. However, back on the subject, I have to visit this little Mexican food restaurant on Airways. They keep a deli inside of their store. They also have their own security there, which makes me uncomfortable. The store is only two rooms and he follows me into both of them. I wanted to say to him, do I really look like I need to steal?? Come on.

Pharaoh Stays on the Move

Where y’all skating at out here?? The next time that I come, I’m going to make the effort to visit one of the sessions. It will be an interesting experience because I don’t like to skate to anything except JB. I really don’t even do the slow jams all that much.

Pharaoh Hits Louisville

The trip was quite uneventful because Pharaoh is fucking boring, lol. Go anywhere with him and you will fucking snooze, lol. Pharaoh hits Louisville alone and checks out the ambiance of the city.

Pharaoh In Indianapolis

Pharaoh was in Indianapolis recently and he was not able to do too much during his visit. He deformity was not happy about it as the skate music figure had plans of visiting skating rinks and restaurants.

Not shit happening here, lol. What a waste, driving all the way across the country to do what?? Walk around and take photos?? Boooo..
